Green Harvest Bowl

This week we’re shining the spotlight on our Green Harvest Bowl a joyful, colorful bowl brimming with flavor and sustainability. It features locally sourced, seasonal vegetables, vibrant legumes, and a light house-made tahini-lemon dressing, delivering both a taste explosion and a climate-conscious choice.

We combine crisp roasted pumpkin cubes, spring green beans, roasted carrot strips and young spinach with tender chickpeas. Topped with a crunchy crumble of toasted nuts and a fresh hint of mint and coriander. All served on a base of whole-grain quinoa or rolled oats, for extra fiber and a wholesome foundation.

On Thursday, you can join us for our Sustainability Talk & Tasting, a relaxed evening where we welcome local farmers, eco-producers, or food-activists. While you sample small tasting portions; like mini-bowls, dips, or fermented treats. Our guests share their sustainable practices, regenerative farming methods, food-waste solutions, and more. It’s a warm, open conversation where you can ask questions, engage, and discover how your food choices can create real impact.

Zero-Waste Brunch & Workshop

On Sunday morning, we host a cozy Zero-Waste Brunch & Workshop: enjoy a buffet of seasonal vegetables, creative dishes made from kitchen leftovers, and plant-based treats. After brunch, our chef or a guest speaker leads a short hands-on workshop on topics like cooking with leftovers, fermenting, or composting at home. It’s a lovely blend of tasting, learning, and community, all centered on reducing waste and celebrating sustainable living.
